Meet the Owner
Joe Guarino is President and owner of LCM PLUS, and has over 30 years of experience and training in the design/build landscape industry. Joe holds a Construction Supervisor License (CSL) from Massachusetts, allowing LCM PLUS to handle all aspects of projects from design to installation.
He and his team are trained and certified to ensure all projects follow manufacturers’ specifications. Joe prides himself on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Joe is a very active resident of the Melrose community. He sits on the Melrose Chamber of Commerce board. He is also on the board of directors for Melrose Alliance Against Violence (MAAV). Joe actively supports local charity events through his generous sponsorship and donations.

We hired LCM Plus to install a patio and walkway. The job started right when they said it would. The staff arrived on time everyday and were great. They worked very hard and were very neat and clean. They got the job done in less than 5 days, which was amazing considering the size. The patio is gorgeous. Those guys got skills!! The owner Joe and Elaina in the office were great. They were very patient and understanding even with last minute changes that we requested. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and experience and highly recommend them.
